Integration

For the benefit of our clients, we have partnered with RealPage OneSite, Entrata, Resman and Yardi for the transmission of accounts directly from your property management software to ProCollect’s debt collection system.

Digital

We are able to accept a variety of formats for upload into our system. Some of the following are included: ASCII (Flat Text File), CSV (Commas Separated Values) File, Excel, Access, FoxPro (DBF), and DB.

Mail

We provide postage-paid / pre-addressed at your request. Place the accounts and information requested in one of our envelopes and mail.

Fax

If you prefer to fax your accounts, you can do so with our multi-line network fax server. Fax your accounts to: 888.897.3012.

Email

Accounts can be sent via email by sending to submit@procollect.com.  The more expeditious PCI receives your information, the higher our returns. Using one of our many placement options is another way of giving our clients better customer service.
